What is Coaching?

Some things to know about coaching
As your coach, I don’t see problems, I only see opportunities. I shift the focus from “why did this happen” to “what do you want to do about it? How do you make it happen?”  Our work together is results oriented and focuses on the now and driving towards the future.  While a therapists work focuses on helping people live functional lives, I coach to help functioning people live extraordinary lives.

What to expect from coaching
I empower you by providing complete support while you gains awareness, acceptance, and develops action steps towards living the life you really want. I have the unique ability to ask powerful insightful questions that will open up possibilities.  Together we will use step-by-step tools to develop client-directed plans to achieve goals. I will hold you accountable for the various actions that you create each week.  You will feel 100% supported.

What not to expect:A coach is not...
A coach is NOT a therapist, sports coach, mentor, consultant or counselor.

Counseling and therapy aim to heal mental and psychological issues and often examines PAST events. It usually centers on diagnosing a ‘problem’ that needs to be addressed.

How to maximize the coaching process as a client
Show up. Be real. Trust the process.
